Text

Any reduction of the salary of any police officer or drivers license examiner in effect on July 1, 1959, whether by the Director of the Department of Public Safety or by any pay plan under the provisions of any civil service law or regulation, or otherwise, shall be void where it is made solely by reason of the additional compensation provided for in this Sub-part. {{NOTE: FOR CONDITIONAL REPEAL SEE NOTE AT §1451.}}
