§1271.3. Infectious disease incidence among school-age children; public health emergencies; reporting of data During the pendency of any state of public health emergency declared in accordance with R.S. 29:766 and relating to one or more infectious diseases, the Louisiana Department of Health, office of public health shall publish, on a publicly accessible website, a report updated not less than weekly, which provides the total number of children between the ages of five and seventeen years in this state known to have been infected with each disease addressed by the public health emergency declaration.
