§1213.4. Penalty Whoever violates the provisions of the Part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. For each subsequent offense, the violator shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
