§1153.1. Application; military personnel A. A military advance medical directive may be executed by:

(1)Military personnel.
(2)Other persons eligible for legal assistance under the provisions of 10 U.S.C. 1044 or regulations of the Department of Defense. B. "Military personnel" means members of any of the branches of the armed forces of the United States as defined by 10 U.S.C. 101(a)(4), the reserve components of the armed forces of the United States as defined by 10 U.S.C. 10101, or the Louisiana National Guard.
