§1121.11 Penalty Whoever violates any provision of this Subpart or any rule or regulation made hereunder shall, for the first offense, be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than two hundred dollars. For the second offense, he shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than four hundred dollars. For each subsequent offense, he shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not less than ten days nor more than six months, or both.
