Text

A. Every agency having private funds or contributions that have been made available for its support or for the purpose of defraying expenses of any work done under its direction, under such terms that they do not become the property of the state, shall deposit the funds or contributions with the treasurer in the manner prescribed by this Chapter for the deposit of public moneys, and shall certify to the treasurer:

(1)the source from which such funds or contributions were received;
(2)the terms and conditions under which, and the purpose for which they were received;
(3)the names of the trustees or administrators of the funds or contributions; and (4) the name of the person authorized to approve expenditures from each fund or contribution. B. The treasurer shall keep each fund or contrib
