§2005. Competitive source selection Methods of source selection which may be utilized by an agency to satisfy a state goal for contracting with small entrepreneurships shall include but not be limited to:

(1)Any method provided for in an executive order governing small purchases.
(2)The purchase of goods, operating services, major repairs, personal services, professional services, consulting services, social services, and public works from a certified small entrepreneurship.
(3)Direct purchase from a certified small entrepreneurship who is a distributor on a state contract.
(4)The inclusion of the requirement that a bidder or offeror have a good faith subcontracting plan to utilize a certified small entrepreneurship as part of a competitive bid or a request for proposal, pursuant to gu
