§2202. Definitions As used in this Chapter the following terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

(1)"Agency" means the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority.
(2)"Contract" or "public contract" means all types of state agreements, regardless of what they may be called, for services, major repairs, or for the making of any public work funded by monies received by the agency or a political subdivision from the Federal Resources and Ecosystems Sustainability, Tourist Opportunities, and Revived Economies of the Gulf Coast States Act of 2011, hereinafter referred to as "RESTORE", or as a result of any settlement related to the explosion on, and sinking of the mobile offshore drilling unit Deepwater Horizon, or the Comprehensive Master Plan for C
