NOTE: This provision of law was included in the Unconstitutional Statutes Biennial Report to the Legislature, dated March 14, 2016 . §1990. Resubmission of applications Any applicant who has withdrawn his application or whose application has been denied may file a new application if there has been a substantial change in ownership, control, or organization of the business. No business may file more than two applications in any calendar year.
