NOTE: This provision of law was included in the Unconstitutional Statutes Biennial Report to the Legislature, dated March 14, 2016 . §1968. Noncompliance with Chapter by division Any person aggrieved by any act or inaction of the division may seek judicial relief by a writ of mandamus or by injunction, to require compliance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1953(B) and R.S. 39:1955.
