§3087.1. Creation There is hereby created a recreation and water conservation district to be known as the "Poverty Point Reservoir District". Acts 1992, No. 888, §2, eff. July 8, 1992. NOTE: SEE R.S. 36:511, AS ENACTED BY ACTS 1998, 1ST EX. SESS., NO. 144, §1.
