§2705. Oaths Before entering upon his official duties each member of the board of commissioners shall take an oath before an officer authorized by law to administer an oath that he will faithfully, honestly, and impartially perform his duties. Acts 1958, No. 474, §5; Acts 1989, No. 176, §1.
