§111. Contracts by drainage districts, levee boards, and political subdivisions with Department of Transportation and Development or the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority Any drainage or subdrainage district, gravity drainage, or gravity subdrainage district, levee board, or political subdivision may contract with the Department of Transportation and Development or, for projects in the coastal area as defined in R.S. 49:214.2, the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, or for projects in the upland area as defined in R.S. 38:2352, the Coordinated Use of Resources for Recreation, Economy, Navigation, and Transportation Authority, upon any terms for the payment of the cost of the drainage and reclamation projects within the confines of the district or districts involved pro
