§ 37:795 — Fees and costs

§795. Fees and costs A. The board is authorized, by rule, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, to establish fees and costs to be imposed for the purpose of implementing and enforcing the provisions of this Chapter. However, the board may, by a majority vote, reduce the amount of or waive the collection of any such fees. The fees established under the provisions of this Section shall be paid to the secretary-treasurer. B. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter, the fees and costs established by the board shall be not less nor more than the range created by the following schedule:
