§790. Forgery; penalty
A.No person shall file or attempt to file, as his own, the diploma or license of
another, or a forged affidavit of identification or qualification.
B.Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than five thousand dollars,
or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than ten years, or both.
