Text

A.

(1)With the exception of sworn peace officers in police uniform, no individual, while performing the duties of a security officer, shall wear or display any badge, insignia, device, shield, patch, or pattern which shall indicate or tend to indicate that he is a sworn peace officer, or which contains or includes the word "police", or the equivalent thereof, or is similar in wording to any law enforcement agency in this state.
(2)A copy of such badges and insignias of the licensee shall be submitted for approval to the board at the time of filing for initial and renewable license application.
(3)Security officer uniforms shall be specifically described and a full length picture of said uniform shall be submitted to the board for approval. B. No person, while performing any private secur
