Text

A. The chairman of the board, or in his absence the highest ranking vice chairman, shall preside at all meetings. B. The board, for administrative purposes, shall meet at a time and place to be fixed by the board at least every three months and at such other times as may be necessary. C.

(1)The first meeting of the board shall be for organizational purposes only, at which time it will pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act propose rules and regulations and establish the responsibilities of members.
(2)The first meeting of the board shall be held within ninety days after the effective date of this Chapter. D. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum. No action may be taken by the board except by affirmative vote of the majority of the members present and voting.
