§ 37:3252 — Appeal of board's decision
Louisiana·Title 37 Professions and Occupations
The board shall promulgate regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to provide notice and opportunity for hearing an appeal of any decision made pursuant to R.S. 37:3251.
