Text

A.Any person who represents himself as a licensed dietitian/nutritionist shall have submitted an application upon a form and in such manner as the board prescribes, accompanied by applicable fees, and shall be in compliance with the requirements of one of the following Subsections:
B.Shall have been granted a doctorate degree granted prior to July 1, 1988, in addition to a baccalaureate or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a major course of study in human nutrition, food and nutrition, dietetics, food systems management or biochemistry. Such a person shall be considered to have met the requirements for licensure as provided herein provided that application is made to the board upon the form and in the manner prescribed by the board, that applicable fee
