§3011. Suspension and revocation of license; refusal to renew A. The board may refuse to renew a license, may suspend or revoke a license, or may impose probationary conditions, if the licensee or applicant for license has been guilty of unprofessional conduct which has endangered or is likely to endanger the health, welfare, or safety of the public. Such unprofessional conduct shall include:

(1)Obtaining a license by means of fraud, misrepresentation, or concealment of material facts.
(2)Being guilty of unprofessional conduct, as defined by the policies established by the board, or violating the code of ethics adopted and published by the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA).
(3)Conviction of a crime other than a minor offense in any court if the acts for which he was
