§2453. Revocation or suspension of license or certificate; grounds
Any person registered in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter may have his
license or certificate revoked or suspended for a fixed period to be determined by the board
for any of the following causes:
(1) Repealed by Acts 2024, No. 644, §2.
(2) By securing a license or certificate provided for in this Chapter through fraud or
deceit.
(3) For unethical conduct, including but not limited to deceiving or defrauding the
public, or for gross ignorance or inefficiency in the conduct of his business.
(4) For knowingly engaging in business while suffering with a contagious or
infectious disease.
(5) For the use of a false name or alias in his business.
(6) For violating any of the provisions of this Chapter.
