§2404. Board meetings; quorum; officers; compensation
A.The board shall meet at least semiannually, on a date and at a time and place as
it may designate, which shall include at least a meeting in January of each year to elect a
chairman and secretary-treasurer from its membership. All meetings shall be held at the call
of the chairman or at a call of a quorum of members upon not less than ten days written
notice, unless such notice is waived. The presence of any member at any such meeting of
the board shall constitute a waiver of notice thereof by such member. Notice shall comply
with the provisions of R.S. 42:19.
B.Any four members of the board shall constitute a quorum for any business before
the board.
C.Each board or committee member shall be entitled to a per diem of one hundred
