§2443. License or certificate required; display
No person shall engage in the selling and fitting of hearing aids or display a sign or
in any other way advertise or hold himself out as a person who engages in the selling and
fitting of hearing aids unless he holds a current, unsuspended, unrevoked license issued by
the board as provided in this Chapter, or unless he holds a current, unsuspended, unrevoked
certificate of endorsement pursuant to R.S. 37:2448. The license or certificate required by
this Section shall be kept conspicuously posted in his office or place of business at all times. Acts 1968, No. 302, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1969; Acts 2018, No. 206, §3.
