A.This Chapter does not restrict a person licensed under any other law of this state from engaging in the profession or practice for which that person is licensed if that person does not represent, imply, or claim that he is a physical therapist or a provider of physical therapy.
B.A person who is not licensed as a physical therapist or a physical therapist assistant in accordance with this Chapter may be employed in a hospital, institution, clinic, physician's office, or athletic training room to administer treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed physician; however, the treatment administered shall not be identified as physical therapy, and further provided that such person administering such treatment shall not hold himself out, nor be held out by others as a physic
