§ 37:1894 — Exceptions

§1894. Exceptions The provisions of this Part shall not apply to either of the following:
(1)A dealer licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission.
(2)A person possessing not more than the used detached catalytic converters from
one vehicle owned by the person.
