§1379. Advisory committee
There shall be an advisory committee appointed by the Louisiana Pipe Trades
Association and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Louisiana, with each
organization appointing five members to the committee. The committee shall have access
to all meetings and records of the board and shall have the privilege of discussing board
business at any and all meetings, and advise the board upon the board's activities. They shall
receive no pay or expenses and shall not be qualified to vote.
