§1314. Clinical Laboratory Personnel Committee; creation; membership; qualification; appointment; term; vacancy; officers; meetings; reimbursement A. The Clinical Laboratory Personnel Committee is hereby created under the jurisdiction of the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. The clinical laboratory personnel members of the committee shall reflect the rural and urban demographics of the state and no more than four clinical laboratory personnel committee members shall be domiciled in the same congressional district. B. The committee shall consist of fourteen members. The board shall appoint four members of the committee, subject to Senate confirmation, as follows:

(1)One physician, who shall be a rural family practitioner, appointed from a list of three names submitted by the Loui
