Text
A.An applicant for a license as a clinical laboratory scientist-generalist, clinical laboratory scientist-specialist, clinical laboratory scientist-technician, or cytotechnologist who has fulfilled the educational qualifications to take the licensing examination may be granted a temporary license to engage in the practice of clinical laboratory science in the category for which he is qualified until six weeks after the date of the next licensing examination. In the event the applicant for a license as a clinical laboratory scientist-generalist, clinical laboratory scientist-specialist, clinical laboratory scientist-technician, or cytotechnologist does not successfully complete the licensing examination, that applicant's temporary license may, at the discretion of the committee, be renewed
