§239. Transfer of agencies and functions to Department of Environmental Quality A. The following agencies are hereby abolished and their powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities are transferred to the secretary of the Department of Environmental Quality and shall be exercised and performed as provided in R.S. 36:921 et seq.:

(1)Governor's Council on Environmental Quality (R.S. 40:2351 et seq.).
(2)Citizen's Advisory Board to the Governor's Council on Environmental Quality (R.S. 40:2354).
(3)Environmental Control Commission (R.S. 30:2013). B. The Motor Fuels Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund Advisory Board (R.S. 30:2195 et seq.) is placed within the Department of Environmental Quality and shall exercise and perform its powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities as otherwise
