§5201. Creation of district The Cameron Parish Port, Harbor, and Terminal District, hereinafter referred to as the "district", is hereby created as a political subdivision of the state with full corporate powers. The territorial limits and territorial jurisdiction of the district shall be composed of all of the area comprising Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the parish of Cameron. The district shall have such authority, power, and jurisdiction as provided in this Chapter.
