§334.12. Per diem of commissioners
The commissioners shall be paid a per diem not to exceed one hundred forty dollars,
and the duly elected president shall be paid a per diem not to exceed one thousand dollars,
for each day of attendance at meetings of the commission or on business of the commission
authorized by the board. The board shall establish the per diem rates. Any commissioner,
including the president, shall only be eligible to receive a per diem for up to twelve days in
a calendar year.
