§3166. Creation of Red River Parish Port Commission A. There is hereby created a commission to be known as the Red River Parish Port Commission, which shall be composed of seven members who shall serve without compensation and who shall be appointed as follows:

(1)Two commissioners appointed by the governing authority of the city of Coushatta.
(2)Two commissioners appointed by the police jury of the parish of Red River.
(3)Three commissioners shall be appointed directly by the governor of Louisiana. B.
