Text

A.The authority is hereby authorized to incur debt and issue bonds for its needs in the manner herein provided.
B.The authority is hereby authorized to incur debt and issue bonds in accordance with Article VII of the constitution of the state and all applicable laws of the state of Louisiana.
C.Repealed by Acts 1976, No. 378, §3.
D.As an additional grant of authority beyond other provisions of the constitution, the authority is authorized, with the approval of the state bond commission, to issue negotiable bonds for any purpose within their delegated authority, and to pledge for the payment of the principal and interest of such negotiable bonds the income and revenues derived or to be derived from the properties and facilities maintained and operated by them or received by the authorit
