§3116. Coordination and cooperation
A.It is the policy of this chapter that the authority development program be pursued
so that there is full coordination and cooperation between agencies and groups that have
complementing or overlapping interests and the authority. It is not the policy of this chapter
that the authority development program be pursued independently and with a view toward
narrow, short-term interests.
B.The executive director shall take affirmative steps to fully coordinate all aspects
of the authority development program with the secretary of the Department of Conservation
and Energy or his designee charged with the development of the coastal zone management
plan.
C.The executive director shall take affirmative steps to ensure that the authority
