A.A consolidated special service district so created shall be known and designated as "Consolidated _____ District No. ___ of the Parish of _____, Louisiana", and as so created shall constitute a waterworks district, sewerage district, fire protection district, hospital service district, recreation district, drainage district, gravity drainage district, drainage and gravity drainage district, or garbage district, as the case may be, within the meaning of Article VI, Section 19, of the Constitution of Louisiana, and as such shall enjoy all rights, powers, and privileges enjoyed by other districts of the same type under the constitution and laws of this state, including the right to issue bonds and levy taxes, and in the case of consolidated sewerage districts, also to levy special assessme
