§4876.2. Offense

A.A person commits an offense if the person maintains a public nuisance described by R.S. 33:4876.1.
B.An offense under R.S. 33:4876.1 is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars.
C.The court shall order the abatement and removal of the nuisance upon conviction.
