§4712.22. Naming of sports complex by the governing authority of certain parishes
Notwithstanding R.S. 42:267 or any other law to the contrary, the governing authority
of a parish with a population of not less than three hundred fifty thousand persons and not
more than four hundred thirty-five thousand persons according to the most recent federal
decennial census may name a sports complex in honor of a living person.
