§ 33:3529 — Execution and registration of certificates and interest coupons

§3529. Execution and registration of certificates and interest coupons The certificates shall be signed by the chief executive officer of the municipality and by its clerk or secretary, on behalf of and in the name of the municipality and under the seal thereof. The interest coupons shall be signed with facsimile signature of the said officers, and before delivery, shall be registered in the mortgage record of the parish in which the municipality is located as to the serial number, or numbers, amount, rate of interest, dates due, and the drainage ditch, or parts thereof improved. Each of the certificates shall bear the following endorsement: This certificate registered in the Mortgage Records of the Parish of __________, on this the _____ day of __________, 20___. _________________________
