§2541.5. Winn Parish Fire Protection District No. 3; fire chief and assistant fire chief;
unclassified service
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the positions of fire chief and
assistant fire chief for Winn Parish Fire Protection District No. 3 are in the unclassified
service, and the right of selection, appointment, supervision, and discharge for such positions
is vested in the governing board of the district.
