§2391. Applicability

A.This Part shall apply to any city having a population exceeding one hundred thousand according to the latest federal decennial census.

B.This Part shall not apply to positions which are covered by Part II of this Chapter.

C.In the event that the civil service of any city pursuant to this Part is determined by a final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction to not be subject to this Part, the civil service of the city shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state civil service system. The provisions of this Subsection shall not apply to any municipality with a population of not less than two hundred fifteen thousand persons and not more than three hundred thousand persons according to the latest federal decennial census. §2391. Applicability
