A.Unless the customer stipulates otherwise, it shall be the duty of any repairman employed by a customer to repair a motor vehicle to offer to return all replaced parts upon completion of the work if such parts are not required to be returned to the manufacturer or distributor pursuant to a warranty agreement. If such parts are required to be returned to the manufacturer or distributor, the repairman, at the time the work is authorized, shall offer to, or if requested by the customer, display the parts upon completion of the work. However, the repairman shall not be required to display a part when there is no charge for the replacement part. If the customer accepts the repairman's offer to either return or display replaced parts as provided in this Section, it shall be the duty of the rep
