§378.4. Autonomous vehicle equipment requirements
A motor vehicle with autonomous technology that is designed to be operated
exclusively by an automated driving system for all trips shall not be subject to motor vehicle
equipment laws or equipment regulations of this state that relate to or support motor vehicle
operation by a human driver and are not relevant for an automated driving system.
