A. The commission is hereby authorized without posting of cost, bond, or deposit to institute an injunctive action in the district court for the parish in which the commission office is located or the district court for the parish in which the alleged offender is domiciled to enforce the provisions of this Chapter and any other law, rule, or regulation relating to the business for which a license is granted under this Chapter. B.

(1)If it appears to the commission at any time that a person is violating the provisions of this Chapter or any rule or order of the commission issued pursuant to this Chapter, it shall notify the person engaged in such conduct to appear and show cause why a cease and desist order should not be issued prohibiting the proscribed conduct.
