§205. When transfer, assignment, or termination of mortgage or pledge effective against parties dealing with mortgagee or pledgee
Notwithstanding any other knowledge or notice, no transfer, assignment, or termination of the right of a mortgagee or pledgee under a mortgage or pledge permitted by these articles shall be binding upon any person dealing with the mortgagee or pledgee until thirty days after there has actually been delivered to him a certified or duplicate original copy of the act evidencing the transfer or assignment or proper evidence of the cancellation of the mortgage or pledge from the mortgage records.
