§95. No inference of liability on the part of the state

A.Nothing in this Part shall establish or create any liability or responsibility on the part of the trust authority or the state of Louisiana to pay any costs associated with site restoration from any sources other than the fund created by R.S. 30:86 or the funds established in connection with the issuance of bonds on behalf of the trust authority, at the direction of the secretary, pursuant to R.S. 30:83.1 nor shall the trust authority or the state of Louisiana have any liability or responsibility to make any payments for costs associated with site restoration if the trust created herein is insufficient to do so.
