§403. Operational plan; legislative recommendations

A.The commission shall develop an operational plan and legislative recommendations for the 2021 Regular Session of the Legislature necessary to implement the operational plan by July 1, 2021.

B.Department and legislative staff shall assist the commission in developing the operational plan and legislative recommendations.

C.The operational plan of the commission and legislative recommendations shall be presented to the Senate Committee on Natural Resources and the House Committee on Natural Resources and Environment no later than March 1, 2021.
