§2199. Applications; comments; local government
A.The secretary shall furnish a copy of each permit or license application to the
Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, the office of engineering within the Department of
Transportation and Development, the Louisiana Department of Health, the Department of
Justice, and the local governing authorities of any municipality and parish within whose
territorial jurisdiction the facility or activity is or will be located. The permittee shall file
with the secretary two extra copies of each application, with one copy to be provided to the
first intervener and the other copy to be used by the office to allow for public access and
inspection of the application.
