Text
A.The department shall require each person who possesses or uses one or more sources of radiation to maintain records relating to the receipt, storage, transfer, or disposal thereof and such other records as the department may require, subject to such exemption as may be provided by rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this Chapter.
B.The department shall require each person who possesses or uses one or more sources of radiation to maintain appropriate records showing the radiation exposure of all individuals for whom personnel monitoring is required by rules and regulations promulgated by the secretary. All cases of exposure in excess of that permitted by regulations shall be immediately reported to the department as required by regulations. Any person possessing or using one or mo
