§179.12. Ratification by legislature of any final agreements or stipulations No final agreement or stipulation negotiated with the United States by the State Mineral and Energy Board with the concurrence and approval of the governor, respecting the ownership and boundary of such lands, which changes or modifies the historic seaward boundary of the state of Louisiana as established by Act 33 of 1954 (R.S. 49:1), or which leases to the United States any part of the bonuses, rents, royalties and other sums heretofore or hereafter deposited in escrow or impoundment under the provisions of the Interim Agreement of October 12, 1956, between the United States and the state of Louisiana, shall be binding on the state of Louisiana until such agreement or stipulation shall have been ratified by a ma
