§13. Temporary restraining order or injunction; notice and hearing; bond

A.No temporary restraining order or injunction shall be granted against the secretary, the attorney general, or any agent, employee, or representative of the secretary restraining the secretary, or any of his agents, employees, or representatives, or the attorney general, from enforcing a statute of this state relating to conservation of oil and gas, or any of the provisions of this Chapter, or any rule, regulation, or order made hereunder, except after due notice to the secretary, and to all other defendants, and after a hearing.
